EBAY, Mntrooper, John Donahoe,Edward W. Barnholt,Fred D. Anderson,microsoft ebay discriminates, harrasses smaller sellers, randomly pulls down auctions, hypocrites..lams smaller sellers, does nothing to larger sellers for same copywright infractions San Jose California

The jerks at efraud have been pulling down all my auctions because they claimed I was putting unauthorized copies of microsoft xp and Office 2007. They claimed that I had to include disks and a license to make it legal........so I changed all my auctions to leave out any reference to microsoft (even though the software was preinstalled by IBM and there were no factory disks).

Subsequently, I reported "mntrooper"........a much larger seller on ebay, for the exact same infraction. Ebay has not pulled down any of mntrooper's auctions and sends me their bogus bullshit boiler plate email "........thank-you for reporting.......we cannot tell you what we will do to the seller............due to privacy......good bye"

Total bullshit........liars do whatever is good for their pocketbook......period.
