I win a Ebay auction from this guy and he refuses to honor the deal. I was the highest bidder and win fair and square. He had a shipping price of $49.37 in the listing which I agreed to. The next day he emails me to tell me that he mis-judged the items weight and it will cost either $175 to UPS it or $125 to ship it via freight company and wants me to pay the extra money to ship it. He also gives me 2 other options full refund or I can find a means to ship it myself.
I told him that is not my problem and he should honor the deal and pay the additional shipping. To me that the cost of doing business. You make a mistake you should pay for it.
He reponds back a few minutes later and said "Sorry, I dropped it and it broke" and says he will issue me a refund. (he did refund me)
This is BS and I told him as much. He is full of crap and a liar.
Becareful on doing business with this man. He is dishonest.
