 I was bullied by Ecap ... They never help and just take your money... Teacher beware... Mafioso style businesspeople... Going out of business soon because Federal Auditor's will require Ecap to disclose its unethical business practices like not disclosing to the intern they control your job and use it against you should problems arise and you wish to discontinue ecaap.. Fikes Scott sat accross the table and did nothing when told the safety of the students in autoshop was being neglected.. No help he just wrote a letter blaming me and pertecting his goldmind.. Fort Worth ISD... 1. Illegal use of LEA resources 2. Interfering in LEA auditors report 3. Taxpayer fraud And the big one..... improper reporting on a fedaral tax return.. You cannot use government property to make money scott under no circumstances!!! You can not extort money using government resources under no circumstance... You cannot bully and threaten internee because your Mom has breakfast with the mayor... You cannot just use people and government property because you see no industry presidents.

Warning teachers.. unethical mafia family run. I sat in front of Scott and three other Fort Worth Administers to be lectured for my shortcomings... I had never taught before and cared for student safety... I brought several issues to the attention of Scotty and Sharon and FWISD... They blamed everything on me.... Old dangerous equipment. No safety equipment.. No eye wash station and no fire extinguisher... I am an employee whom blew the whistle and they berated me... Now I seek revenge and will post and send flyers and tell as many people what horrible racist people the Fikes and Steve Gay are... This is not a business that benefits the community... The website stinks and is never updated... The business uses government resources like schools and people to make profit.. This is illegal and when I finish with ECAP they will not be able to certify anymore... These people never discussed my issues rather they sent certified mail to have me removed.. . ECAP abuses its ethical and moral responsibility to the students... They care nothing about education but only profits.... When I challenged Sharon over safety issues she wrote a letter to my principle accusing me of safety issues....They are bullying me and retaliated.
