I went on their website to sell my HTC One M7, the website offered me $235 for my device so I went forward with the process. I received a UPS shipping box sent my phone in. A few days later I received an email stating my phone has been reviewed and they will send me $38 dollars for the device! 200 less than the website offered! So I requested they send my device back. Customer service responded saying that I would have to call to request my device back. I've been calling this company since noon today, each time I call they hang up on me or make me leave a message. I've gotten through to two customer service reps, they proceed to tell me I need to speak with the device department to request my device back, they transfer me, I'm kept on hold for 10 minutes then the system hangs up. This is a huge scam, they basically stole my phone. Please help me Eric!! This is a giant bait and switch! 

I've uploaded a screenshot of the current "pricing" on their website for a fully working device (which mine is). At the time I submitted my original request they were offering $235. I would happily settle for $177! $38 dollars is beyond insulting, it's tantamount to theft and I'm sure they are doing this to every single customer they get. Customer service has disconnected me over 6 times today. Someone needs to stop this!
