Eddye Salvioni is a naturalized American citizen born in Italy who is attempting to ruin the reputation of his ex-wife, Vanessa Pesaressi. I know both of the parties involved in this complaint very well; I was at their wedding and attended many social functions with them, including cook-outs, holiday family get-togethers, etc.
Vanessa Pesaressi separated from Eddie Salvioni approximately 18 months after they were married, but his version of the events are untrue and are typical of character assassination used against an ex-lover.
If this marriage was "arranged" for the purpose of citizenship as he believes, she would have stayed with Eddie for the complete two-year period necessary to obtain her Green Card.
(His accusations about the counselor they saw, psychologist Dr. Aloyo, being a felon are unfounded; Dr. Aloyo is taking legal action against Mr. Salvioni.)
In my opinion, Eddie Salvioni is mentally unbalanced and is obsessed with Ms. Pesaressi; he has not been able to accept the fact that their marriage failed because of personal incompatibility.
He has used the marriage to claim Ms. Pesaressi's daughter as a tax deduction and has pocketed their return for two years in a row without sharing it with his wife.
I question everything this man says; he is very vindictive and has been trying for over a year to punish Vanessa for their failed marriage.

This person mr Joe dowell that made this report in my regard is a total lier he is just a third party getting involved attempting to take my ex spouse's part after he was the one that gave me most of the information about my ex spouse.
He is being manipulated himself and totally played by these con artists, he knows he gave up informations that by the way have been well documented on emails on how he called these people animals,abusive to their own children, ignorants, and unable to reason, and more. He is making a cheap attempt to descredit an honest person by trying to make good to them, If anything should been said it should be done by my ex spouse and not by him, he has no business with me or in the all matter.
The fact that I packeted tax money is also incorrect, the return was in a mutual account I had to pay bills and I also planned to return a child tax credit but I was unable to at the time due to loss of employement, That amount is still in the plan to be returned at this time and we spoke many times about it. It is important to know that I can prove that I did not take a second tax credit but only ONE therefore this person has no idea of what he is stating. It is also worth mentioning that I was the one that paid taxes, also, my Ex did nothing but spend money on her many trips to Peru'. 3 in one year, having fun with friend ,family and ex boyfriend cheating on her husband. All documented.
There are many facts well documented that I'm not attempting to ruin anyone's reputation, in this case ms. V.P. I'm only doing this so these con artists stop using others and cheating the system.
I'm hereby not unstable or obsessed by any means, nor am I trying to punish anyone, I have a clean record and a clean bill of mental health mr. dowell. It was not incompatibility it was all a plan. You were supposed to be my friend and always agreed on me being right about what was going on when I came to you for help, did you forget? I would suggest you to stay out of this and let her say if there is anything to be said.
