Edgepark Medical Delayed shipments screwed me out of reserve catheters Twinsburg Ohio

In 2013 Edgepark started shipping my catheter supplies on the first of each month.  Throughout 2014 Edgepark was shipping my catheter supplies later in the month.  I complained about the late shipments.

In November the later shipments almost ran me out of catheters.  I informed Edgepark I would take my business else where if they couldn't ship on time.

Edgepark shipped December 2014's order on time, the first of the month.  Edgepark shipped January 2015's shipment a little late.

I went online to approve Febraury's shipment.  Edgepark's website informed me that I was not approved for shipments until Febraury 18th.  I called Edgepark.

Edgepark's customer service said all the catheters authorized by my insurance had shipped and they could not ship again until the Febraury 18th.  I explained to the customer service lady that Edgepark has screwed up shipments last year and after threatening to take my business away they got back on track.  She would only repeat what the computer said, I wasn't authorized for any additional catheters until Febraury 18th.

The problem with this is travel.  If I don't have a reserve at the end of the month I have to stay home, ie no traveling, until the next month's shipment comes in.  When I started business with Edgepark I had a 3 week reserve supply.  Having the reserve gave me a cushion in the event a shipment was a few days late or if I had to be out of town for a few days at the start of the month.

Edgepark's later deliveries have now cheated me out of the reserve I had.  My insurance will now make up the difference.  If I want the reserve I had to buy it myself.  But this is not my insurance company's problem.  This is Edgepark's problem.  

Now I don't have a reserve, something I had when I started business with Edgepark in the fall of 2013.  Edgepark screwed it up and I'm stuck with no reserve.

Edgepark could have solved the screw up by sending me samples, somthing that they can do.  

Edgepark is a piss pour company.  They screw up and then say there's nothing they can do.  Bovine scatology!
