I bought three jackets from Edgy-Couture because online they looked really cute. I received them in two shipments - with no explanation of the delay of the second package. The jackets did not fit and I tried to get in touch with customer service to exchange them. Now that it's past 30 days, they are refusing to do anything - even though I started the process during the 30 day refund period.

Very disappointed with their total lack of customer service.
