Yes,i live in New York, and i also had my bank account charged 159.98 by edp card.

I had no idea who these people were and how they got my bank account number.I never seid they could take my money out of my checking account.I went to my bank to stop the so called check i was suppoesd to have agreed with.
it took me 2 days to get my mony back,NOW MY BANK IS TELLING ME THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE IT OUT AGAIN!!!

what do these people think they are doing? this was on 7-07-06. also my bank had a hard time finding out the name on the so called check they presented to my bank.i would really like them to pay for the trouble they caused.and pay for the time i lost from work to try to cancle the check from edp card. so beware they will try to take your money with out you knowing.
