They seen how I was online shopping for a payday loan. They used that information and said that I applied for a card with their company. I spoke with customer service on several occasions. Customer Service assured me that my Pre-loadable card will be in the mail 6-8 weeks. After 4 months I spoke with a live operator that told me there must have been a mistake and another one will be sent out. It has been almost 8 months and still nothing. Now even the web site has changed. The phone number is no longer on the website and they are much harder to get contacted. I feel robbed and don't know what to do next. The money wasn't in my account so the bank paid them and now I owe the bank.
