January 2015 I moved into this mans house for a room he was renting I never did anything to the room it was used just as a place for me to sleep.(full time employee and student) comes the day I decided to move out. I call him from work to set up a key and deposit exchange, as soon as I ask him to do this he gets mad over the phone and says "were not doing this my way" and he needs a reciept of the deposit.. so why couldnt you cut me a check I mean there was clearly no damage to the room. He finally decides on a time. I went and scrubbed the room down the bathroom with bleach being

pregnant to make sure he wouldnt have complaints so much so that his asthma flared up when he walked in I even sprayed and wiped the walls... towards the end of inspectiontion the Direct tv box he had given me to use, which I never did use due to lack of time, goes missing. Which I know for a fact was in the closet when I cleaned out the room set aside to give to him. He then tells me to go look in my stuff for it... I did and it was no where to be found... told me he has legally 21 days to give my deposit. over the course of the next few weeks I called him and he sent me through a run around about how it will cost him $135 to replace the box or if he decides to cancel his services $250 this sounded absurd to me so i went ahead and called

direct tv and asked them they said it only costs $99 to replace a box and if he decides to cancel his services it is not my responsibility to pay for the fees. 22 days later (yesterday) went by and no deposit came in the mail..so me and my fiance went to the house to ask about it. he quickly tried to brush us off by saying he sent it in the mail. I walked up after my fiance and said it was never in the mail... he said he sent it and started getting mad. I asked well can you void that check and write me a new one right now? He said no its in the mail. My fiance asked him well how much did you send, he replies 0..$0. I got mad and said what! how I left that room in perfect condition.. he tried to close the door on my fiance and I and even got some what

physical with the door closing it as we wouldnt let him, we asked why 0 he refused to answer and told me to wait on the letter in the mail... which he previously said was the deposit check in the mail. I left that room in better condition than originally moved in and this guys says I was going to give it all back to you but you started bitching so 0. This is all on a recording I got on my phone when we confronted him. This guy is a crook.. a theif. He even used my fiance to do physical work around the house when I was there promised him money and never paid...this is a completely non biased report completely factual. I will be taking him to court and I am so thankful to have found this report I will be using to rove to the judge how much a scam artist this guy is.

In fact, this is so UNBELIEVABLE, that I challenge the author of the derogatory report to prove their case !

I have used the Dustbusters service provided by Edward Argumedo on several occasions for cleaning residences and a business, and let me tell you that they are NOTHING like what you describe.

They are courteous, professional, and DEFINITELY NOT the "crooks" the author wrote about.  They have ALWAYS performed exactly as they said they would, and their work is highly professional.  I have NEVER had anything but EXCELLENT results from their cleaning services - from the carpeting on the floors, to the windows.

And what I know of Mr. Argumedo, after hiring him on several occasions, he would NOT use any unprofessional language, nor disregard his committments to perform the best job possible.  And he certainly would NOT take any money that he has not earned through his EXCELLENT hard work.

I have checked Mr Argumedo's, and his past clients of Dustbusters.  They all say that the service and courtesy are "top notch" !  This is why I hired him. 

I seriously ask the original author of the rip-off report to produce ANY proof of his claims - a deposit receipt for the "upfront" payment, a contract for the job to be done, even a police report for the money he "lost" and specifically for the entire situation he described.

Let's see if the original author is brave enough, and accurate enough, to produce supporting documentation for the claims made here.

If the author is unable, or unwilling, to support his claims, then I suggest that HE is the "rip-off" artist who hides behind disparaging remarks WITHOUT ANY PROOF of what he is talking about.

The real lesson here is for the readers to BEWARE of the "rip-off" individuals - like the original author - who abuse the purpose of this forum.
