You pay for Pool and sauna but most of the time pool is close for repair.
You pay for Sauna but always it is locked.
When you give a notice you will see a bick schedule for repair.
But when you come in to apartment they never tell you about this.
Lots of pigeon on your balcony and they don't do anything about it.
always keep changing the supers.
lots for dirt on corridors.
lots of pet.

I had bed bugs in my apartment a mount ago I had spray the second spray was March 27 to this day I didn't get mattress cover and from a week we have again bites , no one says me what kind of chemicals was used we have allergy reaction . I do call to super on Wednesday about bites it's next week Monday April 9 and no one coll me back about this situation , My kids scared to sleep in the beds if will be not reaction from Effort Trust I must to complain Landlord and tenant board

Effort Trust Jeff Gren They wanted to turn the 50 Jerome Building into an all adult building. So they evicted people illegally. The tenants had no chance for staying because the management at the time lied about each tenant Hamilton, Ontario
