John efloortrade Moore says I cant libel or slander him anymore. Johnny baby, I only told the truth. The truth by its very nature is not libelous or slanderous. Here is the link to the Honorable Judge Mihok and his decision. The Decision was made without giving me what the law allows, the standard twenty days to respond. The attorney for John Moore should be sanctioned by the court for breaking the rules. John Moores attorney is either stupid and doesnt know the law, or has the same ethics as John Moore. The honorable Judge Mihok was obviously manipulated by unethical lawyers. I will not be silenced. The truth is the basis for my defense. No one can stop me from having a voice and printing the truth. It appears John efloortrade Moore has manipulated, and usurped the judicial system for the moment. I should be allowed to voice and print the truth about John Moore, and i hope to prevail in that endeavor. The public needs this information to properly function in this dynamic sometimes dishonest society. John Moore and his attorney have gotten a permanent injunction but only had the temporary injunction for six days. Thats not legal. Good judges will allow attorneys breaking the rules if the violated person has not yet retained counsel. Link To Court Docs

The link to the coourt order does not seem to work. Can you plz check and make it public.
There is a lot more information that needs to be bring in to public notice. I thiunk this is the correct time and place for that to happen.

This company has done so many individuals wrong and they need to be put out of business. Shady business practices in every single way. This comes from a former "client" of theirs. They don't listen to their clienys request and their customer service is non existent. It takes forever to speak with either Moore on the phone and so I've stopped doing business with them.
