EGlobal Electronics E Rip off - Ruined my daughter's Christmas Internet, Internet

I ordered my 8 year old a Netbook for Christmas on November 18.  According to the web page I would received in 10 business days.  That never happened so I emailed the compnay because I was becoming leary of their legitimacy and asked that they cancel the order.  Of course I received no reponse.  The mailed the netbook and I received it on 12/20.  When I gave it to my daughter she was so excited until we relaizzed that the icon in their setup book that needs to be on the computer to get on the onternet is not installed.  I cannot get any humans to answer the phone there and from what I am seeing on line this company is a scam.  I am so sad and upset about this.
