El Torito Menu / El Torito Locations / El Torito San Leandro California

I went to the El Torito happy hour and brunch, and both times were disgusting messes. I have a friend who use to work there and he told me that all of the food is canned and not refridgerated for days on end. The food is cheap and you can taste it. It's not even that cheap either.

The second time I went, my Porsche got broken into by an employee for El Torito in Foster City, during the middle of the day in the parking lot, to steal a cheap tote bag with dirty clothes in it. According to the manager and a police officer, car robberies happen all the time in the El Torito parking lot. Why has El Torito not put up signs to warn us or put up cameras?? Because they are too cheap. You can taste this mentality of cheapness in the food as well.
