Elance Withholding Money, refusing contact Internet

I have been working with Elance for the past few years. I had a great experience for the most part, but for the past two months I have been kicked out twice because I supposedly have two accounts. Neither time is this true. THis final time, it has been two weeks and no one will even email me back, I am told by the customer service who can't do anything to just wait, and in the meantime they have withheld $2000 of my earnings. I am a single mother trying to raise two kids and not having access to money that i worked hard for is not fair. I don't think it is too much to ask to get this fixed and it has been over two weeks now.

I am tired of being told to wait and that they understand. If they understood they would get it fixed now or at least of the invisible Risk Management Team get back to me. I am one of their best freelancers with over 70 jobs since November and I like the wide variety of jobs on this site, but I think it is ridiculous that no one will get back to me or at least release my funds. Something needs to get straightened out here.
