These grifters are the best of the worst. We had the exact same experience. They even have "go phones" which are pay as you go and thusly not tracable. The whole company is a scam and they only employ liars and cheats. Please call the Financial Crimes Divsion of the Los Angeles Police Department to report your crime 213-485-4131. I spoke to a detective named Gary who was very helpful. I would like to start a class action law suit I may be contacted at 866-477-0110 ext, 104. I will not stand for this and neither should you.

Elite Marketing Team: nothing elite about them, unless it's elite garbage leads.

AUTHOR: Shawn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 21, 2008

Several reports have been now filed with the LAPD financial crimes division. Hoping to have some action take place soon, since there is enough heat being put down that they should be investigating this very soon.

If there are others out there who have been stolen from, please see the msg above and report your story to the LAPD, detective Gary G.

Also, don't forget to check out the email copies from Jay and Elite Marketing below...they'll show how eager they were to have the bad press removed in order to offer me a refund that never happened, nor was going to.

GET THE WORD OUT!

Ok, I will have our office credit you for that one and get you the phone number for the other one, which I will have credited for you as well. Thanks, Jay

Jay again, my confidence is waning. We're very close to requesting a refund, just based on this poor start. The 1st lead sent over is very disturbingI called Annie Smith and she was very surprised by my call to her. It seems that she's never even spoken to anyone and she swore on her mother's grave that she did not receive any phone calls from an "Alice" or a supervisor name "Lisa" regarding anything, especially not refinancing her property. She just bought this investment property under a year ago and has no reason to refi it yet. So I want to know where the heck did the telemarketer and her supervisor get this information from? Did they make it up out of thin air? Did Nancy verify it too?

Now that would make it 2-3 people saying that they've spoken to this person, and then Ms. Annie telling me that she was never called by anyone. She was very nice and very helpful, so there's no reason that she would be untruthful. Sothis could potentially be a disturbing issue, not to mention a potential fraud or identity theft case. The 2nd lead sent over is missing the last four digits of the phone numberso how did that make it through 2-3 sets of eyes as a good lead? How am I supposed to call him back?

If the conversation earlier today with Nancy and these two leads were the only snapshot of an impression one could have with your company, and you were me... it wouldn't look good, would it? It would look like a disorganized, low quality shop thus far. I'm not insulting you or saying one way or the other, but for day one it's not a good image. I'd like to request a credit for both of these leads, and I'd like someone to provide the missing phone number on the Mike lead. I'd like to make sure these people can verify they're actually being called and spoken to.

I'm trying not to make an irrational decision, since the goal here is to make money but I also don't want to waste 30 days of my time either. Please let your people know that the quality must be there on accurate leads, or I'll be recouping our investment and moving on to another lead provider.

Regards,
Shawn P. Smedley

Look Shawn, I have sold leads to over 1000 brokers over the years and NEVER, once did someone go this ballistic after 3 leads. I would have helped you fix the acct. and gone to bat for you in every way, but your going WAY too far. You are a confusing guy for me. I know Nanci and she is a really sweet and helpful girl. You were rude to her according to our call tapes with you from Tuesday. I have you on tape talking to Nancy last Friday talking about how Weds. was fine to start you ect, then again on Tuesday saying you never spoke to her on Friday? I have forwarded your e-mails to the owner, along with my synopsis and our short track record with you. Hey, if you want to get in business helping homeowners to go after lead companies I am sure there would be a market for it. Good luck to you, and I will make sure we take you off the schedule to receive leads.

"Silver Mortgage Group, LLC.
Mr. M,

I am emailing to request a refund in full immediately. I find it disturbing that your company is using re-hashed, out-of-date information and reselling them as current leads, but we will let the entire issue go upon receipt of my company's original investment funds. Since we are only into half of day two, this is completely within our rescission rights and we expect your company to honor that. We do expect our original $1,000.00 funds to be expedited back to us, or we will be seeking full legal remedies against you and your company, including suit under Misrepresentation & Fraud. If we do not receive our funds in a timely manner (3-4 business days), we will also then be fully cooperating with the three consumers that have requested our assistance and cooperation in filing charges against your company for Identity Theft & Fraudulent Impersonation.

Each of these consumers has pulled their phone records and is ready to provide the information showing that they have in fact not been contacted by a telemarketer from Elite Marketing, they have the phone records to prove it, and that your company is providing their information without their consent and selling it as a new request.

The fact is we want our initial investment back in full, and we'll both part ways amicably. We do not intend to get involved or assist with any consumer complaints, unless your company decides to drag their feet with our refund. Send us our refund and we'll dispose of the lead records and communications. And yes, our records are well-documented with persons, dates and exact times.

Again, this is a request for a full refund. This is not an attempt to badger or threaten your company, we are simply stating what our recourses shall be if your company should decide to delay the refund. Please feel free to call or email with the ETA on our check funds to arrive via mail. The funds may be returned to the address you delivered the contract to, or please use the information below.

Sincerely,

Shawn

The longer your post stay up the longer it will be before you get any money.

"Silver Mortgage Group, LLC.":
Sorry Jay, doesn't work that way. We actually live up to our word here. Any negative blogs will be removed upon receipt of the refund, not a day sooner. It's a shame that yours and/or your company's attitude is so carefree that you can't commit one way or the other to supply a refund or not. What is the point of saying we "may" get a refund? Does it sound like we're willing to negotiate here on good faith? We have no faith in your company, hence the quick rescission of the contract. Either honor it or not, either way we will continue to implement collection means.

As time continues without the refund, the blogging, posting, ezines, classifieds and bad press will only continue to escalate dramatically. If need be, we'll also be glad to post your email message below, showing the public how you and your company choose to operate. I'm sure people will be interested in how they "may" get a refund is in direct opposition to your so-called guarantee. It's also ironic that yesterday you had to go to your company's owner to let him decide on the refund, but today you're very quick to make that decision all on your own... I've also notice that your websites and contracts attempt to do a good job at hiding your company's exact information. Good news is it's easy to find through the state business registration offices. Just in case you thought it was shielded by anonymity.

Mrs. L, We will not be servicing any new accounts at this time. We have about 75 currently and we have had relationships with them for some time. We tried to bring on a few new companies and had some problems with the clients. They were, to say the least, unreasonable people. This is why we have suspended taking any new accounts. Maybe in the future we will consider taking a few new clients and if that happens I will let you know. Until then, try one of these: www.loanbright.com or www.leadsearch.com Good luck, Keith
