Order a custom built trailers and Chad was great to work with answered all calls no problems, as soon as he got the credit card processed his phone quit working and it became very difficult to get a hold of him but did respond.
Then it came time for delivery and I was schedule to fly into Atlanta and rent U-Haul to come back and he said no problem everything was on schedule for Friday April 4. I decided to go ahead and drive down so if there was a small delay it would not be a catastrophe, I arrive around 11 AM ahead of schedule and asked to go see the trailers and he explained it would be ready around 4 PM he would just bring it over then. I came back at 4 and he explained it was running late but no problems we would run over at 5:30 PM. Showed up 5:15 PM to find no one at the office so I texted him because he would not answer his phone during all this and he answer it would be there at 6:30 PM.
At 6:30 PM he showed up with some random trailer like it was mine and when I said that is not mine he explained that it was for someone else. At this point I wanted to see my trailer even it was not complete and he said that they were already closed for the day to come back at 12:00 noon the next day. I said no lets meet here at 9:30 tomorrow morning and go see the trailer he explained it would not be done till noon I said I want to see this trailer in the morning even if it is not done.
Of course no one to be found at 9:30 AM or even 10:30 AM. No response to multiple text and calls so I went ahead and sent him a text that the deal was canceled.
Oh I forgot to mention I used my credit card to make the deposit that he immediately charged the full amount too without my authorization of course.
At 4:30 PM I received a text insulting and calling me all kinds of fancy names because I did not wait till 12:30 PM to cancel the deal. At that point I informed him that if he sent me a picture of my trailer I would return to pick it up, at that point he said he was too busy because he was having family time.
I honest believe he was going to try and modify the trailer he had on Friday or I am not really sure what.
I am not sure how most people run their business but my experience is if I am late and have just made someone drive 700 miles I am apologetic and show them the progress of their product at least in pictures if not in person.
The one trailer he had there was supposedly manufactured at his facility in Ocilla which is 30 minutes away and no one has ever heard of course . The trailer did not have a manufactures registration sticker.

My email is at the bottom. There is an officer/detective in Tipton that suggests everyone file a report NOW while Chad is being held in jail. I would like to rally as may legit people together to help get justice and see that this doesn't happen again. My email is at the bottom of my report.

The trailer was suppose to be ready by friday April 4 2014 Not Saturday April 5 2014 by Noon.
You finaly responded to me at 4:30 PM April 5 at that point i said send me a picture of the finish trailer and i will turn back to pick it up. Your response was you were to busy.
I the trailer is do send me pictures.

Ah yes- I remember you Willy.... First thing- I did not "immediately charge your credit card for the full amount"... Your card was charged the full amount on the day we made the deal in case you don't remember our telephone conversation about it? Yes you did show up on Friday and it was not ready until the next day..
Please remember that we DID in fact meet in person at my "make believe" office where we looked at "make believe" trailer drawings... I explained that the trailer would not be ready until the following morning around and I would have it to you at 12 noon. We agreed and parted ways until the a got a text from you a few hours later saying that you wanted to go physically see the trailer at 10am or so.. (The trailer was complete and ready by 10am the whole reason I needed to wait until 12 was because I was moving furniture into my new house and was trying to beat the rain that was forecasted)... Number 1 is nobody is allowed in the plant unless you work there for liability reasons. Do you think if you ordered a truck from Ford Motor Company they would allow you to come sit in a chair to overlook the fabrication? Probably not.
Is it true that I showed up to my office with a trailer other than yours on that Friday? Yes of course it is- Was this trailer for another customer? Of course it was.. Did I tell you that this trailer was manufactured in MY facility? Absolutely not. If I recall, you wanted to look at the trailer so I showed it to you... as we walked through I told you that it was manufactured by another manufacturer and I gave you their name (which I won't mention here)... Did I have a demo trailer at my office? Yes I sure did.. Did it have a manufacturer decal on it? No it didn't as this trailer was not for sale, it's whole existence was to show a potential client who we were scheduled to see by appointment so why would there be a need for the stickers?? (Not that I should have to explain that to you.)........ The only thing I owed you was a trailer by 12 noon that saturday.. you cancelled your order at 10:28am..
It is not my fault that you had insecurities or whatever. It is not my job to pat anyone on the back or make anyone feel good about themselves.. It IS however my business to take an order on a trailer and either manufacture it OR buy it from another manufacturer.. Simple fact of the matter is that you broke our agreement and cancelled prematurely before the extended scheduled deadline. NOW- Should you still want your trailer, I will be more than happy to have it delivered to you at your cost as we still have your trailer.. Just another trailer that I have gotten stuck with.. In fact, I would really appreciate it if you DID get it.
