I must say that I have now witnessed what some attornieys are doing and I find it downright a disgrace.  I strongly not recommend going with this law firm. They seem like a purely well oiled machine at constant billing, not getting things resolved and overcharging for their services. Rather than settle my case they choose to cover their behinds when making mistakes,  and billing every week. They used up a retainer within a very short period of time and basically i had nothing to show for it. I would get constant emails stating they could not handle the matter because they were in court and when i asked about the bill they billed me for that too.  

When i originally spoke to Elliot Stone, he had some wonderful antics about how successful a litigator he is and how he learned from his father, yada yada yada, i presummed he was handling my case until he had another attorney call me that i had absolutely no connection with and found to be very dull and slow.

They over charged and when i Fired them he then immediately hit me with another bill of 800.00 dollars not even 6 hours after receiving the most recent invoice. Mind you this is not even one months worth of work. They never had my back and originally were suppose to file to move the motion out of state, they never delivered on that and in addition told me in order for them to do litigation which they ended up doing in the form of an agreement, i would have to sign another contract.  

They are slippery, cunning, not trust worthy and care more about profits than people they represent. I told them you have one more thousand to get this agreement done and they could not commit to that when the agreement was already in the opposign counsels hand and ready to go.

I fired them, made one phone and wala, magic, my agreement was signed. These guys are rip offs, they tell me that they cannot litigate under the agreement signed, but williamson insisted by phone that he wants to read a contract i had as he is a fast reader.

I found them to be highly distasteful, arrogant after you sign with them, and down right rip off artists. Clearly you have other choices, go for it and steer clear of this law firm. Oh and He threatend me that if i disparage his law firm in untrue comments that he will fill against me in california. Well here you go BOY, its the plain truth and my perception of your lously law firm.
