EMC Mortgage Corp Got Me Too ripoff Irving Texas

I got a letter from my county tax dept at the last of december 03 saying "Final Notice" for my property taxes. EMC has escrowed the money out of my monthly payment and payed my taxes for years. I called EMC First week of janurary and after speaking to 5 people, someone checked into it and appologized, Said that EMC Corp. would straighten it out right away, and they would take care of any penaltys.

I was satisfied.... Then last week I get a letter from my tax office saying they were taking my owed taxes and penaltys out of my State tax return!! Well, I called EMC Three Times, EVERY one was rude, talked to me like i was stupid. They say they don't pay property tax on mobile homes. They looked at my contract and said that that was in the contract, but they still didn't pay tax on mobile homes. They have always paid it, and they escrowed 147.00 per month all year, but they can't tell be where that went.

They just act like I am Stupid I should have gotten a letter or call to let me hnow they were not so i could be prepared. They don't mind calling EVERY month 2 days after my payment date wanting to know why my payment is late. (still 13 days before the late date). I feel I was done wrong!
