Emilio Estefan Not Provide Resolution and Closure Miami Beach Florida

My legal issue has not been resolved and therefore I have not been given closure. Mr. Estefan has to know, in case he has not been made fully aware, that the statute of limitations does not apply in my case as I was under by at least one month when I filed. And this was after being lead to believe by his in house counsel that resolution was forthcoming after my consumer service complaint was discussed with Mr. Estefan. The in house counsel continued to promise a response and resolution for many, many months before finally cutting off all communication with consumer services.

In 2015 the court in Miami signed off on an order for the parties to meet, that meant Mr. Estefan, his counsel, and myself(pro see). There were several stipulations in that order which included discussing settlement in "good faith". I thought that was going to end this long standing matter amicably, however the judge who signed off on the order decided to get a "second opinion " and that second opinion from a magistrate was not "on the same page" as the first judge and signed to have my case dismissed...with prejudice. Same motion and briefs, same evidence submitted to the courts, two different opinions. I've continued to fight for my justice because my claim has been based on fact and the truth. The truth only bends one way and it is and always has been on my side. My late father was a war hero and Purple Heart recipient. President Reagan knew my father when he was a radio announcer in Mason City Iowa. Reagen had dinner with my father at my grandmothers house twice that I knew of. My late mother a mentor to inner city children. I served my country proudly and I come from an honorable family. Emilio Estefan has to realize that everything pertaining to this matter actually happened. His staff, starting with the A/R director as well as other key executive staffers were promising his involvement in my project for years, it was they who asked me to fly out to his office for meetings, meetings that were to have lead to Mr Estefan and I signing paperwork aka CONTRACT.

This went on for 7 years Emilio, 7 years that is a long time to put my dream on hold with the belief that you would work with me. This is what your executive staff was telling me and they were communicating with you throughout this process. Does this sound familiar? "John, Emilio loves your project and he's going to do it but you have to come back". "John continue being patient, Emilio is going to do it, your foot's in the door, don't worry". Emilio I would like to have closure on this and only you can provide that. Lets work on "Broken Promises, Shattered Dreams" together. It is going to be a screenplay based on actual events. What a beautiful ending this would make. Our characters, shaking hands and putting the past behind us. That Emilio would give me closure.
