Emilio Ferrari Entertainment 7, Amad Bedi, Bill Wilder con man, thief, copyright infringement, sexual harassment, misappropriation, misrepresentation, liar Los Angeles, California

We hired this company to be our sales agent for one of our projects.  Despite many claims that we they would turn us a profit and keep expenses at minimum, they ended up racking up a huge expense bill and never paying us a penny.  And to add insult to injury, they never provided a single receipt despite the fact that in was in our contract that they do so.  They also failed to issue quarterly reporting.  This again is in violation of the contract we signed with them. 

When we started doing some research into Entertainment 7 and their President, Emilio Ferrari, we found out that Emilio is a fake name.  His real name is Amad Bedi and he has been sued by other producers in the past for copyright infringement and other things.  In 2010 he was sued for sexual harassment in Illinois and if you go to his website you will see a bunch of films that he lists that are not on IMDB or anywhere else for that matter.  If you click on the links to play the trailers nothing happens.  Probably because these films dont even exist.  After talking to several other producers we found out that the Entertainment 7 head of acquisitions, Mr. Bill Wilder, is also just another allies of company president Emilio Ferrari aka Amad Bedi.

This was strange as we had many emails from Mr. Wilder and to find out that the entire time we were actually talking to Emilio was shocking.  I dont know what sort of legitimate businessman uses fake names to communicate with his clients and refuses to provide receipts for his expenses and report quarterly but I would strongly urge anyone who is looking for a sales agent to sell their film to look elsewhere.  Entertainment 7 and Emilio Ferrari aka Bill Wilder aka Amad Bedi are not to be trusted! Do not waste your time or risk not making any money as we have yet to talk to any producer who has gotten paid form this company.
