I NEED HELP!!!!!!!
I got a situation with a Law office in Brazil, http://www.evzadvocacia.adv.br/, which initially has helped me to recover 15,000 from a company that scammed several distributors in USA(W-TECH/ALLTECH) currently known as Microboard Brazil now.
Since I have contacts in Brazil, I was able to located the scammer's new company and went ahead and put pressure on them, and finally got a payment promise. The scammer tried to pay me in cash if I was dumb enough to go out there and take it, but someone recommended Mr. Emilio from EVZ ADVOCACIA to handle the collection process.
Dr. Emilio collected $15,000 in February, and promised us to find a way to send the money legally to us in USA asap, it's been 4 months, and I always get an excuse.
I can provide documentation on the paperwork that was sent to Mr. Emilio notarized and stamped by the Brazilian Embassy, as well as emails and phone numbers involved.
It's been 4 months since Emilio Von Zuben collected my money(which apparently is a respected Dr. in Law), but since he has other businesses, it seems like he used my money to invest or to use it for personal emergencies, and has been giving me the run around ever since. .
Out of the $15,000, he has only sent to me $3,500, and all he dows is make Excusas.
I got several contact numbers from him which are the following numbers:

Microboard Brazil appears to have been the start of your problems. Is this the company you are referring to: http://www.microboard.com.br/ ?
What was the earlier "scam" they perpetrated? My company may have to consider changing its plans to do business with them.
