Empire Covers Covers don't fit and are unreturnable Jenkintown, Internet

I ordered jet ski covers for my two identical jet skis, using their online guide, which  allows you to plug in the make model and year of your ski's to allow a "perfect fit". 

The covers did not fit, and I had to send them back at my expense. It wasn't my mistake, but they now claim I did not use their guide and ordered the smallest cover they make. 

Anyway, I reordered, this time being careful to (re) disclose the make, model and year of the ski's. Well the covers they sent, still do not fit. They now state that these covers are unreturnable because their policy is to only accept one return. 

I can't decide which is the bigger rip-off, thier refusal to allow a return, or the fact that their online guide is a joke and they refuse to acknowledge it or to make it right.

These guys shouldn't be allowed to do business, and if you do business with them, shame on you.
