Empire Relocation Moving & Storage empire relocation moving company riped off a disabled lady of deposit of 798.24 need refunded Denver, Colorado

On 2/2/12  I gave a money order to Empire Relocation in the amount of 298.24 another money order in the amount of  500.00 for the deposit for upcoming move to Spring Valley Calif on 7/31/12, On 6/1/12 I ran into financial problems and had to cancel my move.
 I have contacted the manager Acacia DePries to ask for a refund of deposit,I was transferred  the finance department who said they would be sending my refund of 798.24 out right away and asked for my address to mail it to me right away that was 6/1/12 , as of 1/7/13 no refund received.
Many calls made to the manager to resolve this important issue. This company Is a big rip off !!!!! never go with Empire Relocation
