In Jan 2007 we signed with Empire to do work on our house. They gladly took our money and agreed to every thing including having my daughter sign the contract while I was out of town and accepting my email instruction.
Materials arrived all wrong- color etc. Workmanship was a disaster at best and damage was done to our home. They supposedly had a field inspector but he was never there when work was done. Workmen signed off on the work done themselves with our name when we refused to sign off on it.
It is now a year later(Feb 08) and we are still having to have remedial work done on damage they caused. Empire Today is a disaster and they should not be used under any circumstances.
