Encante Skin Serum & Eye Cream Charged my account and I didn't agree to any terms because site crashed and it went ahead and put my order through and charged $200 I called and there is nothing they can do and will not refund. This not right. This is fraud. A company should not be ripping people off. Internet Internet

an order was placed without my consent. I was charged for terms I didn't agree to. Will not refund. This is fraud. It should be reported to Better Buisness Burea. Total rip off. This should not be allowed that this company continues to steal from people.
