I was called saying i was apporved foe a credit card but I needed to pay a fee of 169.95 then they told me to go online and pick the credit card I wanted when I got to the web site it was just a bunch of other credit card offers so I applied

I was denied online so then i called the credit card company and told them i wanted my money back they said I had to have proof I was denied first. I have tried to called them since and was unable to get through to them. I'm still working on get my money back. The bank to me theirs nothing that they can do. So if you know away I can get my back please help me.
