Enelow Real Estate Organization Stole thousands of dollars in real estate investment scam! mistreated and ripped off Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Hi,

In September 2001 I paid $1,500. to become a associate investor with Enelow real estate organization.

This company recruits globally and supposedly purchases discounted and foreclosed real estate.

For almost 1 year I submitted properties to Mr. Ed Funkhouser of Enelow real estate organization.
These properties submitted were well within the companies specified criteria.

Mr. Funkhouser would then bid too late on the properties or too low and sometimes not at all.

They would even misplace or lose submitted properties.

Finally in July 2002 they submitted an offer to purcchase real estate contract on a property I submitted.

A home and pest inspection were completed and Enelow real estate began making plans to finalize the purchase.

In August they without good reason decided not to purchase this property.

This of course ws extremely humiliatng to myself and my Broker as their actions made us appear unethical.

This sellers property is now within days of preforeclosure.

In August 2002 I requested termination of my contract and a refund of my $1,500.

A general release form was sent stipulating it was to be signed and returned and my money would be refunded.

They did not answer when phoned, they sometimes hung up they would place me on hold for long periods and they lied about issuing a refund check.

On August 31,2002 I spoke with President Michael Enelow about this problem as I was finally told only he was authorized to sign the check.

He said the check would be mailed that day or the following day.
His statement was just another big lie.

This company had legal action taken against them in 1997.
This is my next course of action.
Please do not become involved with this company or its associates. And if you have been victimezd please post.
