I purchased a phone listed as new, it wasn't new and lasted just long enough for the 30 day warranty to be over. Only then did I realize this guy has a history of selling used and refurbished as new. Ebay deletes feedback of anyone who files a complaint that this seller is somehow able to get out of. Don't buy from this guy, you will be sorry!!! I know have a $150 piece of junk that he won't stand behind. Beware!!!
