The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Steve Halvorson during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Eniva Corporation.

Envia Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality nutritional supplements. They do this through research and development, analytical lens, quality control laboratories as well as an on-site Nutra pharma manufacturing facility. This allows them to distribute product both direct to consumer and to businesses domestically and throughout the world. Steve Halvorson stated the following about his company, "when you think about nutritional products and wellness products that are out there oftentimes you will go to the store you will see a brand and many of the brands there simply are packaged by somebody else with a brand name on them so what is called a third-party contract manufacturer for a private label product. So we actually make our own. When you see a product with the Eviva label on it we have made each and every one of those products and we are very very proud of that fact and we love what we do. We love the technology we have developed, and we love our customers most of all."

Leads for Envia Corporation are primarily obtained through their relationships with health professional markets, doctors, independent practitioners, fitness professionals, and gym owners. Mr. Halvorson went on to explain the customer journey and sales process for his company, "we take a lot of time on our website and when we do live presentations to explain health and wellness topics. So if we are talking about an Omega 3 product what are the important characteristics of an Omega 3 and what do they need to know before they make a purchase. What we find is most consumers who are interested in health and wellness if we take the time to educate them and to share information on what to look for whether it be an Omega 3 or maybe it is for how do I achieve healthy cholesterol or how do I achieve healthy bones. Give them the information and then share with them our unique points of difference relative to our products or technology and our value proposition. And most often after providing that information and reviewing the unique benefits of our product most consumers will say you know what? I want to give that Eniva brand a try."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – ENIVA CORPORATION

Mr. Halvorson was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Halvorson expressed that if any client experiences dissatisfaction they are willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy, "If the customer wants a refund we provide refunds. If they want to try a different product if they didn’t like a product we say Hey if you don’t want a refund then we are happy…. pick out a different product you would like to try that is relevant to your wellness experience."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Halvorson expressed that the comments were slanderous comments made by a competitor. He further stated, "Jeff Welch was a prior consultant who was terminated due to...he did not meet the sales goals that were established so the relationship with the company was terminated in a very simple business contract. And it is believed that either he or Ms. Hara who is also mentioned in the report that they started a competing company and used the Ripoff Report as a resource to smear both the company and my name which is just a word...awful just horrendous it is unthinkable it is disgusting what was written about that in that article. It was very damaging and totally untrue." In order to further assure their future and current clients Envia Corporation are members of the Better Business Bureau and have certifications from the National Science Foundation.

I contacted the company asking since I was not satisfied, if I could return the product for a refund of my money. $49.95 for a quart bottle. Are you one of those girls still in high school who like to tease people when they don't do what you do and don't care how harsh you are?

People are entitled to ask for a refund and complain about not getting one.
(By the way the person did leave feedback stating that he got a refund and maybe ran into a rookie who made an inaccurate statement.)

You should reread what you said about this person who you never met and apoligise for what you said, maybe this person has cancer, this person could be athletic and wanted to boost preformance and found it didn't meet his preformance expectations, or maybe this person is can't afford the product ($50 a month is expensive for most people who want to try something new) not that you care about the less fortunate from what I read.

Regardless of this person's situation, wheather you are smart enough to realized it or not, you have permanently damaged the company's image with your ignorant comments.

Consider counting all the good things in life right now and be thankful that you have them, with the way the world is changing you may not have those things tomorrow.

I'm not sure if I'll ever try Vibe after reading the ignorant comments you have made, but one thing is for sure I'll research other alternatives more closely.

Eniva Corporation is a Terrific Company Replaced Broken Bottle Free of Charge

My husband and I have been using Vibe and other Eniva products since December 2006, and I have to say, of all the products out there, these are the very best. Not ony that, but Vibe has changed our lives.

My husband is a diabetic and was extremely overweight. He has lost over 55 lbs. since taking Vibe, and he has not changed his eating habits! Not only this, but his blood sugar has improved. He also is being treated for high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He has seen great results with Vibe for these diseases as well. He has a higher energy than I have ever seen.

I have felt so much better and have, actually, put on weight, which was almost impossible before now. I'm one of those who has the opposite problems of gaining weight rather than losing it no matter what or how much I ate.

Also, to explain how great Eniva is to their customers, my daughter had received a bottle that the seal was broken. She had purchased the Bottle and a Box. She told me about this, and not knowing how to handle it, I called my sponsor. She told me to call the company explaining how the bottle was damaged. Even though it was damaged in route to my daughter's home, Eniva not only replaced the bottle, but they also sent her another 20 Viblettes besides. They did this with no extra cost to her whatsoever-not even shipping! This is unheard of in this day.

My experience was one that blew me away. We had gotten a bottle of Vibe that, when we poured it, there was a stickiness left on the lip. I was just chatting with a call center person and happened to mention this. They replaced it and, again, didn't even charge me shipping!!!

This is a stellar company that stands behind their products. They recommend a person use the product for 30 days, taking an ounce a day, before deciding that it doesn't work for him or her. Then, if the customer is dissatisfied, they will refund his or her money. I didn't even have to send my bottle back, and we live here in MN. where their main office is?

I'm sorry you felt like you didn't receive the benefits you wanted, but, some times, it takes drinking Vibe for awhile before feeling the results. I know when we had to do without for awhile, we both could hardly wait to get our bottle of Vibe again.

We have used some of their other nutritional products, as well, also with great results. My husband, especially, has had terrific results from taking their VanChroZin. As a diabetic, this product has helped him immensely.

Before anyone asks, yes, I am a representative, but I am not active at this time. As a matter of fact, I was active and had some people who were in my downline, but they all quit. This is their loss. Even if I never made another penny from selling Eniva products or had one person sign up, I will still use their products, not only because of the efficacy with which they are developed, but also because of the company's great customer service and how they really care about people as a general rule. Dr. Benjamin Baechler has taken every precaution to make sure the products meet strict standards so customers receive the best available. Am I sold out? You bet. But this is because I've seen and felt what using their products have done for our lives and have heard the testimony from many others who use them.

In my opinion, you missed out on having a great product that could have changed your life. Of course, it is still not too late. Oh, and just so you know, I'm 60. and still feeling like I'm a lot younger. I don't have the aches and pains some people my age do. I sleep like a 20 year old and I have the energy of one too.

Eniva Vibe does work

Sorry Scott but you are one of those people looking for a "I want to feel better right now" kind of person. You probably have butchered your body for years and were looking for the easy way out. Or you just didn't want to spend the money on a product because the Five for $5 was going on at Arby's and you will be damned if you are gonna miss out on all those roast beef sandwiches..

You have to use the product until the bottle is empty. It takes a little while to change your body around. It takes awhile to feel better. Think about it, you've trashed your body for this long so how long do you think it will take for you to start to feel better?

I am wondering how long you took the product. b/c the 45 day return policy is 45 days and not thirty b/c they encourage you to try the whole bottle one ounce a day until the bottle is gone. If it still doesn't work then you can send it back empty for a refund. However everybody is different and the chemistry make up in their bodies are different. The recommended serving size is for someone that is 5'8 and of average weight for someone that tall.

I am sorry you didn't have any luck with vibe. I like it however i take 3 oz a day.

Got my refund.

I sent the product back to manufacturer along with a letter and a copy of my rip-off report. I was contacted by phone and it was explained that the return policy was expressed to me was in error. The statement said that the actual policy is that if the product is returned within 45 days, whether open or not, a refund would be issued.

I think I originally called within 45 days, but the representive did not say anything about 45 days nor checked or asked when I made my purchase.

I guess I just got a rookie that day.
