Enstella Systems (a.k.a Best EDB to PST Recovery) claim their software with recover email and mail boxes from corrupted EDB databases. It does not. Support is not very technical. They had me install MS Office 2010, 2007 and 2003 insisting that the previous Office was not compatible.

I had tech support try and work on the issue, but the Software would lock up the computer. This software requires 2GB of memory to run!

They said the software is not compatible for 64it computer, so I could not install it on another machine. I re-installed Windows 7 Pro (32bit), and Office 2007 on the computer with 4GB or memory and 3Ghz P4 CPU. Then installed Enstalla EDB recovery again. Software failed and as usual takes about 3 hours to read the database before failing.

I Contacted support who conducted a team viewer session. As he was working the software caused a Blue Screen error. I have asked time and again after every failed attempt from tech support. All I get from them is a generic message,

"Dear Customer, Please download Team Viewer 5.0 from below link and install it and send us again user id and password. So we can self review the recovery and help you fast..."

They are doing this to buy time to make it to the 30 day mark.

According to their refund policy states:
1) If the Client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version of the Enstella Systems Software.

2) If the Enstella Systems Support Team fails to help the client resolves the issue stated in Section.

3) If our software fails to perform the respective job, then please contact with our Technical Support Team at (support email removed)! Our Technical Support Engineer will analyze the case and analyze your files in our Recovery LABS or by remote connectivity. If they are unable to recover or repair your appropriate file then the FULL purchase amount will be credited to your credit card. Refund is strictly based on this condition if they fail to provide the full assistance.

After several failed attempts from Tech Support and Blue Screen my computer, I qualify for the refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! Plus, they have no phone number. I guess that should have been a red flag.
