Worst experience ever!!!! Buyer BEWARE. They had a slick sales pitch over the phone but did not make right on any of their promises. And I thought that by paying more I'd avoid this kind of stuff. I've used plenty of other auto transporters in the past other than Enterprise Auto Transport, this was the worst experience I've ever had. 

Take my advice and don't do it!

Our company phone number is 651-200-5297 so whose number is listed here? Not our phone number. If this person actually did business with us wouldn't they have the correct phone number for our company listed in their complaint?

I searched our data base.  Since our company has been in business we have only given out 8 quotes to anyone named Lisa. Only one was an order and the person is not in New York.  If anyone doubts my honesty please feel free to get an unbiased truthful answer about if this was our customer by calling our software company whom we lease auto transport software from. We cannot delete any quotes or orders in they system once they are in their they stay there forever. They're one of the biggest auto transport software  companies out there and they have access to all of our leads and orders. They will also tell you we cannot delete anything and any order or lead stays in the sytem forever. Here is their phone number 800-235-9853 Please feel free to tell them I give them permission to log into our account and verify what I am saying is true.  This person never had an order with us and never booked with us. This is a fake review.  I will even offer a reward of $100 off our broker fee to anyone who calls ABD and verifies the untruthfulness of this review and books with us. 

As far as your review goes you list you worked with many auto transport companies in the past and said we are dishonest. If this were true you would know that all brokerages work the same. You don't even list what we did wrong so its pretty hard to even respond other than you think were a horrible dishonest company. For anyone reading this here is how auto transport works. Every broker in the country uses Central Dispatch. It is similar to what realtors have like the MLS  When the customer calls in we give the market rate (similar to the market value of a home) of what it costs to move a car. The contract states we are only giving an estimate. There is no reason to lie about the estimate because it will only make our job harder. The car goes on the national load board and then the drivers decide who they want to take based on price, supply and demand. If a driver does not want to take your car that is not our fault. We offer no guarantees. How can we? We own no trucks. This is told to every customer repeatedly during the inital calls and also states this on our contract which we cannot stress enough. Oddly enough when we tell people this and be honest many people will just go with a company who can offer a guarantee which no broker can offer. The guarantee comes when a driver accepts the load. Our contract is on our website and it states this. We are just brokers. We broker out the deal. Sometimes we cannot find a driver. We are not perfect. If a driver calls and gives a counteroffer then we call the customer and submit his request. It is the customers decision at that time to accept or decline. If they decline then the car stays on the board until someone does accept and still some cars never move. Again not our fault. Sometimes no drivers accept even if you are offering alot of money because simply there may not be anyone available or there is just no other cars in the area or your in a bad location. Its like blaming the realtor for an owner not accepting your offer. There is nothing dishonest we could be doing.

I hope I have given anyone reading this an understanding of how auto transport works and understand that we did nothing wrong. What bothers me now is not this review but that fact now we will be bombarded by companies who for money will offer post positive pr to bury this review. We will essentially be spammed. I don't need to bury this review and will not pay companies to remove it. In fact, what I have done now is contact our company attorney and have decided we will pursue the person who wrote this with defamation action. My attorney has told me ROR will be supoena'd and will be forced to hand over the identity of the person who wrote this and we will be pursuing legal action and sue for damages.
