Hi Whoever Reads This Post,

I am posting my fradulent damage claim experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at BWI Airport in Hanover, Md.  I have now been attempting to resolve this claim with Enterprise for almost a month now, however, after I received a threatening phone call from their Damage Recovery Unit (DRU), I will have to pay these fraudsters.  Because of my job, I can't have my credit dinged by a ridiculous, made-up charge.

 

I rented a car in Dec 2013 and in March 2014, Enterprise decided to come after me for dents on the hood.  I'm still not sure why they decided to come after me when I turned the car in.  They initially tried to charge me almost $800 for dent repair. They sent a bunch of pictures, but you can't see any damage to the car.  When I turned that car in, it was in undamaged.

 

I have tried everything.  I reached out to the Corporate Office and somebody did call back and leave a message.  They apparentlty didn't have a phone for me to call them back on.  That person did have my email, so I'm not clear as to why they didn't just email if they have no phone.  I asked the DRU to review my claim and they responded (in writing) that they would, yet they still call demanding for money,

 

I am at my wit's end with this company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General.  I hate giving these thieves any money, but like I said above, I can't allow my credit to be damaged.
