On 9/16/08 i paid $1.97 for shipping&handling for a free info cd to my debit card account from EarnMicrosoftCash.com that i never recieved.Days past and no cd so i called microsoft and they had no idea what i was talking about but helped me by giving me a number that linked EarnMicrosoftCash.com to Epromo.com .I called Epromo and spoke to a guy name Tim Hemmingway, he told me that i wasnt in their database for anything. So i proceeded to mention EarnMicrosoftcash.com and how i paid for shipping&handling for a free info cd that i never received.Tim from Epromo tells me that they provide a service to EarnMicroSoftCash.com and i need to get in contact with them.Tim gave me this number to call 866-519-5308 which is a bogus recording which lead to Suspicion.Feeling weird i suddenly did a website lookup and found info from (((Redacted)))

The Truth About Epromo Solutions LC and Opportunity Knaux

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 21, 2008

To begin with, this is Tim with Epromo, the same one mentioned above by Mr. Anderson. Since the posting of the complaint above, our company has received several phone calls regarding their accounts with Opportunity Knaux. Because of this, we felt that we needed to set a few things straight.

To begin, Epromo Solutions and Opportunity Knaux are not the same company. We have had a partnership for about a little over a year now. Epromo Solutions is a software development company that has been providing websites and business management tools for over 11 years now. If you were to come directly to Epromo Solutions and purchase one of our products, you would be looking at spending anywhere from $700-$3500. This can all be verified on our website, www.epromo.com.

Opportunity Knaux on the other hand is a business opportunity provider who provides information and software to help individuals make money online. The fact is that thousands of individuals are already making their livings using these proven tools and principles.

A year and a half ago, Opportunity Knaux approached Epromo Solutions, because they wanted to provide our software to their customers. The deal, without going into too many boring details, is that their customers get our software as part of their packages for free (remember this software retails between $700-$3500). As part of the agreement, Opportunity Knaux deals with all support, maintenance and so on.

Epromo Solutions does not have the ability to cancel any accounts purchased through Opportunity Knaux, nor do we have the ability to refund any money, since these accounts belong to an entirely different company.

In the case of Mr. Anderson who wrote a complaint against us, after his 10th+ call to our company, I did take down his information. I then emailed it to support@earnmicrosoftcash.com. I promptly received an email indicating that he had never contacted them about a cancellation, but they would be happy to send him the cancellation form, which he acknowledges to have received. If Mr. Anderson would have chosen to listen to my advice on his first phone call, and sent a cancellation email to the above mentioned email address, all of this confusion would have been eliminated.

There have been some complaints coming back to us, about Opportunity Knaux's toll free number 866-519-5308 going to a recorded message and not a real person. We assume that the reason that we (Epromo) have received several phone calls is because of this, and have contacted Opportunity Knaux. Because of this, they are in the process of interview, hiring, and training a live Customer Service department. In the mean time, use the provided support email address for the package you purchased with them. These include support@earnmicrosoftcash.com and support@makegooglecash.

In closing, we are happy to help in anyway that we can, unfortunately, if you call us for a cancellation for an account you have with Opportunity Knaux, all we can do is give you a toll free number or an email address.

Thanks,

Tim @ Epromo Solutions
