I bought Epson Stylis 84 printer from Fry's with mail-in rebate.

Epson got all the forms for the rebate on December 12, 2004 according to their website.

I contacted them several times, and their customer service person sent me e-mails with the same reply: Your case is reviewing by supervisor.

Rebate website has a "In-process" status for my case for 6 month!(even though the promise is 6-8 weeks)
