Equity One of Martinsburg West Virginia, has repoed a car from me with out following the legal laws in this state. It was repoed and sold and they never gave ma a chance to but it at the auction or did they tell me how much it sold for. This is illegal in this state. Further more the have screwed up my credit report from equifax. They sold a bad debt to another office of equity one. Of course its out of state. This is bad business anyway you look at it. I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND STAYS AWAY FROM THEM IN ALL ASPECTS.
