This "CON and CROOK" befriended my boyfriend to fix cars for him which he "bought" out of state or at auctions.

He found out we were interested in a certain type of verhicle, after close to a year of acquaintance he was seen driving a sportcar around, my boyfriend thought it would be nice for me. How much He asked the no good sob, $1000.00. We made four payments of 250. each. Upon payment of the 250 he was to havr the bill of sale, the title. registration etc. He did not. He kept making allsorts of excuses. reaaons why. and slowly he seemed to be less visible, not coming around as much. When We finally got tired of waiting (11 months had gone by) I called DMV, Carfax etc. I could not obtain any registered owner info, I made appt DMV informed me the car was a stolen car and had been stolen,. gee here is the big surprize: over a year ago. 

He has lied, made false accusations about the car to others, implying we got it towed for other reasons, is hostile, and actually seems to have a tiumphant attitude of succeeding.

He stole my l000.00 knew very well wht the outcome was going to be, put me at risk criminally and has caused emotional and physical that have casued me to reaction mediallly. Asthma and skin condition.

He is hiding, driving different vehicle, has no remose or intent to repay and needs to be stopped, if he got away with now it will be only a matter of time when the Thief does it to someone else, trusting, poor person such as myself, I am also permanently disabled and on ssi.
