My son and I were meeting with our real estate agent at (((REDACTED))) with the seller’s real estate agent; (Sarah S. Lepore aka Sarah S. Gichoya, (((REDACTED))) Columbus (((REDACTED)))) upon viewing the house we found that there was a spot in the floor it was mass up. And the seller's( Eric N Gichoya),agent said that she would have that repaired upon home inspection, we came back we found that there were other issues with the floor we notified The seller agent and addendum was written up that they would repair the floor five days after closing well this did not happen five days came and gone. The contractor came out and said that he had to leave to go get parts for the Floor. He took part of The floor and some of the hinges off  and did not repair whatsoever I called the owner complaining that this was not done and several times we waited for the contractor to come back for at least seven days straight even on the weekends and he did not show up I complain to the seller and the agent, the seller said that he had already paid the contractor and that he's done with it, And that I deal with it he's finished so neither the seller or the agent will take care the situation and let me forced to deal with that on my own I had  surgery so I could not fight with them now that I'm OK I'm filing this because this is a breach of contract I have in writing that they said they would have this done five days after closing (Paid 97,500.00) which was June 27, 2015 and it's still not done as of right now May 2016 and still Not DONE…. so I asked that something will be done as soon as possible and thank you for your time.
