We had Erin Donlan out to our home, we wanted to list out home on the mls and put our home on the market for sale. After we decided to go with Erin our home was listed 45 days later, which took 37 days longer than she told us. The pictures she took of our home were very bad pictures. We were told by Erin she would have photographer take pictures of our home in Carmel and that they would look beautiful. She listed our home for less than we agreed and she was never available when we called her. She stated she would advertise our home on different websites and local publications, that never happened either. When we tried to talk to Erin about it she became very nasty with me and my wife. We decided that we wanted to remove Erin Donlan as our Realtor and we do not recommend her. Erin Donlan is not a nice person or professional in any way. After talking to the Century 21 Broker, we were told this is not the first time something like this has happened. We tried to leave a review on Century 21and it was quickly taken down. It seems that they only show good reviews or fake reviews on the Century 21 Website. Stay clear of Erin Donlan, there are many good Realtors to choose from who will treat you right and be honest.
