This is HOAX AND A LIE

Jerry Mims Has Never Ordered Product From My Company or Any Company I own. His statement is simply not true at all.

His statement that he did order product from my company or any other company is a lie. He has never placed an order with my company.

We produce products for other companies and also private label products for companies.

Jerry Mims joined a company we have been providing products for. Please note that products are being shipped regularly to this company and we have a great relationship with this company (we have enjoyed a great relationship with the owner of this company for close to 20 years) we produce products for and all product orders that have been paid for in full have been recieved.

There are no outstanding product orders from our firm and this firm that Jerry Mims is telling this story about. The product orders on file with this 3rd party firm are proof of this fact.

Jerry Mims made a commitment to this 3rd party company to fulfill a Private Label Product order with this firm we do business with. Jerry has said he wanted stock in the company which he was denied and now he is MR. SOUR GRAPES.

Jerry Mims verbally committed to and in front of and witnessed by others at a training meeting; that he would fulfill and complete a special Private Label Product order for this company and he did not do this.

Jerry Mims and His Son Mark Mims then went on an smear program to cover up 2 things; namely:

1. The fact that his (Jerry Mims) commitment was not fulfilled by him.
2. So that no one would dig to find out about Jerry Mims and his history of proven indescretions as an accountant and with his accountant clients, such as disclosing priviledged "client confidential" information about his clients to other 3rd parties. "I know which of my clients have money and I am going to talk to each of them"

The 3rd party company has agreed to pay 100% of Jerry Mims Private Label deposit money back and the 3rd party company is committed to completing this Private Label product order in the near future and I understand the logistics of this are being worked on at this point.

Jerry Mims and Mark Mims have chosen to extort and cover up the fact that they made a number of commitments and did not fulfill them.

They have posted this Hoax of a report as a way to point the finger away from themselves.

Jerry Mims has chosen to post 100% unrelated legal issues which if read in detail anyone can note that my attorney clearly states "I will be exonerated of these issues", and are also in the course of being resolved. The Vice President of the USA was recently indicted, but that doesnt mean he did anything wrong, an indictment is an " alleged claim". Please note the key word is "alleged" there has been no proof of fact in any way whatsoever. Who today has not had something said against them that was not true? So that fact that this has occurred to me, does not mean anything was done wrong and the proof in the future will prove that nothing was done wrong at all and we are confident that this indictment will be dropped in the future based on facts not fiction. Even more importantly, this is an unrelated issue Jerry is using to cover up his deeds.

This is Jerry's way of covering up what he has done and to cast a cloud over his wrong doings by pointing the finger at someone else and not in the mirror where it really belongs.

The company which Jerry is a part of, will also post an update as this issue will soon be resolved and as the private label product order they have been working on gets completed.

In the meantime all product orders are being shipped and have been shipped in a very timely fashion and everyone loves the products.
