DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE WEBSITES, DESPITE THEIR CLAIMS OF LOW PRICES, PERCENTAGES OFF, and OTHER FALSE CLAIMS AND PROMISES.....THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE!

I ordered several pieces of furniture in June 2004 online at Southwest and More website. Prior to ordering, I was told that I had to pay by check in order to receive sale prices. Including shipping, I paid for over $2,300 worth of furniture. I was assured that my pieces would be delivered within 8-10 weeks.

Since then it's been one nightmare after another. It was excuse after excuse and no way to talk to anyone live and waiting around for straight answers. Read any of the other reports and the pattern is the same.

I have received only 2 pieces - the two least expensive pieces and those weren't even delivered until March 2005. Over the year I have probably sent over 200 e-mails and have spent hours trying to contact them to get my furniture.

Since April 27th I have not heard from them as to the remainder of my PAID furniture order. I received an e-mail from the supposed president of OE Corp - Online Enterprises, Mr. Juan luis Vera, stating that he was speaking with the furniture distributors in North Carolina and that he needed the month of May to work out a successful resolution.

Since then, I have sent many, many e-mails and have tried to contact them via their on-line chat service - not one response and no one will respond to the on-line customer service. Their on-line chat service is a total waste of time - since April 27th no one ever answers.

I am still owed over $1500 worth of furniture. I told them I was filing a report on this website, with the BBB in Southeast Florida and am working with an attorney to see what can be done.

Received 1 Piece of the Order Since July - Still Waiting!!!!

AUTHOR: Christine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 23, 2005

I have spent countless hours trying to straighten out the original order that I placed back in June 2004. I was sent a note in July that the "new" company would honor my order and would be contacting me shortly. When they failed to do so, I kept on trying to get in touch with them. After many, many frustrating phone calls and chat line attempts, I was able to place my order for the furntiture they owe me - 1 Armoire, 8 chairs, 1 Kitchen Table. It took them from the beginning of August to Oct 10th to get the armoire to me. I am relieved that at least I got 1 piece of my order filled but it takes and continues to take countless hours to get someone to respond to you and to get any information about the order.

I have told them repeatedly that I have paid for my furniture over a year ago - they insist but that was with the old company and this is the new company so I should just be patient and stop complaining. Like they are doing me a favor just even working with me to get my furniture. They are full of excuses and lots of double speak.

Back when I received the letter stating they would honor my order I was hopeful that this new company would clean up its act. It is clear that the runaround still exists. I am still working with them to get the rest of my order. I too ordered the Gordita table and chairs and have yet to see them - although when I told them that they are lying on their website because it stated that delivery was 1 - 2 weeks. I asked them why it wasn't here and they said they had to treat my order differently because I was with the old company and basically I again, I should just be gratefuly they are working on my order at all.

I don't know what motivates these people and obviously they have no morals or ethics when it comes to conducting business. Their customer service is non-existent and when you finally are able to get someone on the line it takes forever and you still are without a definite answer as to when your furniture is coming.

I reported the old company to the Attorney Gen's office in Florida, to the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI and to the CT Attorney General Office. I am planning on doing it again with the website - the new erustic. It sickens me to think that these people are continuing to rip people off and that they have the nerve to put people through so much garbage after they've taken their money.

If I ever get the rest of my order, I will update this entry.

Spoke to Live Person/Working with Me on My Order

AUTHOR: Christine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 15, 2005

I have recently been contacted by the "new management" at erustic via e-mail and by phone. They have assured me that they will deliver my furniture and have stated that they will work with me to ensure that my order is completed to my satisfaction. Whether this will hold true is yet to be seen but at least they are responding through e-mails, live chat and even phone - which they never did before.

I don't know what brought about the change in response - I did send them an e-mail stating that I had reported them to the above named agencies in my earlier update for their fraudulent business practices.

I first received an e-mail on July 7th stating that they would fulfill my order. After a day or two I went online to try to reach them and actually had an internet chat with someone who stated that they would be calling me to work with me on my order and gave me a phone number to reach them.

I received a call yesterday and went through my order - am waiting to hear back as to when the pieces will be shipped - to see if any are in stock and can ship faster. Again, whether this is just another stall tactic or smoke and mirrors, I don't know but I am hoping they are sincere. The fact that they actually had someone answering their phone and calling me back and working on the phone plus their internet chat was up and that you didn't have to wait for an hour to get someone was somewhat promising.

I will update this report if/when I do receive my furniture. For those of you still trying to obtain your furniture it may be worth it to try the live chat on the website because it appears to be running at least more frequently than before and someone actually answers and/or call the Florida showroom number listed on their website.

Still No Responses/No Online Chat Avail/No Delivery of Furniture

AUTHOR: Christine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 06, 2005

I have continued to try to contact erustic via their online chat service and through e-mails. I have not been able to get any response at all.

They have a new address now for their supposed Florida showroom that has a new phone number. Again, after calling several times, each time you are connected to an answering machine that instructs you to leave a message.

I have filed complaints against erustic, Online Enterprises and Southwest and More with the Connecticut Attorney General, Florida Attorney General (since that is the location of the two supposed showroom addresses) and with the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI. To file the reports with the Florida Attorney General, go to the website and file a complaint using their online complaint form. The same can be found for the Internet Fraud Center - www.ifccfbi.gov

Anyone else who has been scammed by these people, please take the time to file your complaints with these agencies.

They continue to update their website with all sorts of ads for sales, discounts, offers for only 50% down on orders, etc. etc. Also, they are showing a new Ft. Lauderdale address for their supposed Florida showroom with a new telephone number. They are obviously still looking to scam other unfortunate souls out there.
