ESBI Voice Express Inc ESBI lies to me about how they got permission to add charges for voicemail to my ATT phone bill San Antonio Texas

I got my ATT phone bill today, unusually high, so I checked it which I dont ordinarily do, it is only used for the computer anyway, since I have a cell phone.
I noticed in the billing section, a charge for Enhanced Service billing Inc, with a number 1-888-298-3724, billing me for three months of voicemail.
I didnt order this, and was unaware that I had been signed up for this, its voicemail on a 1-800 number, to be able to make unlimited calls on the 1-800 number as well as receive voicemails.
But the number they gave me for this supposed 1-800 number, which was supposed to be my number, after all, I was being charged for it, was a bogus number, I found it on the internet involved in a scam online.
They told me that someone had signed up for this service, using a different maiden name.
The maiden name was the tip off, that it someone I know, who had recently signed me up to win a car at the local mall. She didnt remember my maiden name so she used the last name of my son.
And thats how I figured out how ESBI got my number, from a raffle of a car at a local mall. From that raffle to win a new car, they got my information and started billing me three months ago, for voicemail I dont have.
This is fraud.
The company gladly told me that they would refund the money, as it was obtained against my knowledge or permission, but they were dishonest about the service, I was being billed for and also dishonest about how it was obtained, making it sound like someone close to me was ripping me off.
