Esmeralda County Nevada Criminal Claim jumping,Pattented mining claims, Selling property they can't give title to at public Auctions once a year. Goldfield, Nevada

  Every year on " Goldfield Days " A local event,they have an auction for Properties in town.  They can not guarantee title to any of these.  They just want the cash and taxes from people any way they can get it.  They are now selling lots on my Pattented mining claim and of course I have to tell the people they don't own my property and can't stay or build on it. 
   They have now charged me with several crimes for diging on my own property.  They will of course lose but just want to harass me.  They also tried to force me to let them build a fence across another property I live on and cut off my access to the back side of said property.
  I caution anyone who buys at this auction.  If you don't know what you are doing, don't do it.  And if you have, Make them return your money. If they can not give you clear title don't buy.
