Eurasian Auto Parts ripoff Englewood Colorado

Took an order for a salvaged engine. Said they had it in stock. Stated that if I sent a certified check they'd ship immediately. I sent a certified check and then they had excuse after excuse. After a few weeks when the customer told me I was taking them for a ride, I had to get an engine somewhere else....Eurasian said they would send a refund check.

They did after a few weeks and a number of phone calls on my part. IT BOUNCED!!!! Finally, after several more weeks they stopped responding at all. I contacted the FBI (who took a report...you should do this too!!!) and the Englewood, CO police department. A very nice detective at the Englewood PD Computer Fraud Division, Chris Fox, took a report and then followed up.

The company repeatedly lied to him about how they would send me a check for a refund. After a few months, when faced with an indictment and arrest, I received a cashier's check from them as a refund.
