Just thought I would clear the air. I have completed 1073 orders for Eval in the past two years. They DO eventually pay after fighting every month. Its a process I fight for a week to get them to cut a check(give a check amount and check number), another week to supposedly sign the check, and then another week to get them to actually mail it. Which gives a grand total of almost a month before I get it and its for work from usually from 2 to 3 months prior. Real Estate has an 80% drop out rate every year. They scam all the agents that do not fight for their money. There is good news. I am not an attorney however from being in debt collections for some time when a you are the owner of the debt you do not have NOT have to follow the fair debt laws. If Eval owes you money everyone needs to start to bombard them with emails.Make it hard for them to assign orders to other future victims. If you need a list of their employees email me. Also from my understanding if they sent the work order via email and it was not paid it becomes internet fraud and a felony. Does that mean every work order is one count?? We have the ability to shut them down or if they choose to stay in business to pay every agent in a timely manner.
