I tried to put money on my cell phone so I could talk to my brother in Wabash!! The Customer Service Representative assured me that they serviced that prison. After several attempts by my brother to call me I called EVERCOM back. Come to find out, they "DO NOT" service that prison. I now have to wait over "TWO MONTHS" for a refund. I paid my money instantly, and they tell me I have to wait 45 business days! Thats so they can draw interest on my money!
