On July 23, 2004 $299.00 was taken out of my checking account with the understanding that I would be receiving a credit card with a $2500.00 limit within 10 days. The credit card never arrived and I have tried on numerous occasions to reach Michael Henry, agent 011 or Shawn Haling by phone to no avail. This company needs to be stopped.
