Everest Nutrition charge but will not deliver Internet

i have ordered twice like a fool.the first time was december.they said the problem was the zipcode.the address and city was correct. i was charged 109 dollars and the product never was delivered. i re-ordered april 8th. again for 109 dollars. they sent me e mail conforming the order. they sent me email telling me the product was shipped and would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days like the first order. i never received the product either time. the second order the address was correct with correct zipcode. as of may 11th i still dont have the product.ive written at least three emails asking where the product is. im told its past 90 days and they cant refund my money.april 8th is not 90 days ago considering todays date is may 11th.

i am in the process of litigation. it has cost me for at least 118 dollars.they have not delivered either time.i dont care what this cost me. i need justice on everest nutrition and im the wrong person to cheat. trust me
