EverPrivateCard promised me a refund but i never recieved it Internet

I was trying to find a payday loan and by mistake I must of clicked the box for EverPrivateCard, I recieved a over draft and I gotten that take care of since everprivate didnt recieve their money the first time they went into my account again. the first time there wasnt any information detailing who went into my account just check number 9999. The second time there was an actual check with my name written on it.

I found out how to contact them and asked for a refund, I was told by email from their customer service dept was that it would take up to 10 days to recieve my refund back. As of now it has been 16 days and no one will answer my emails anymore. I really dont want to say that Im out the 54 dollars and the 33 dollars I had to pay for insuffucient funds but it looks like I am.

Please what ever you do, make sure you know what your applying for and make sure you dont ever apply for EverPrivatecard.
