I placed an order with this company on December 12, 2013 for a Christmas present for my son. I waited until January 3rd to inquire about the shipping/tracking number to find out what happened to my order. At that point an email response asking for my "shipping address" and "order info" was sent to me from this company email address.

I provided the requested information the same day (Jan 4th) and was told on January 6th that the order would be "reshipped today" and the "USPS Priority Mail tracking information will be provided once we leave the USPS facility"...

On January 16th I opened a PayPal dispute and received the following from this vendor: "How's it going xxxx? We apologize again for the delay in your order it was returned to us via USPS due to a shipping error made by them. We would like to reship your order free of charge and add a item as consolation for your patience and understanding throughout the process us getting our shipping system worked. Please let us know what size you wear so we can add the additional item your order. Also if possible please close the item dispute opened via PayPal so we can deduct the shipping cost from your payment. Once closed we will generate your tracking number with PayPal Shipping tool which will automatically upload the tracking number. Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days of us reshipping. Thanks again for patience and understanding during this process.
We appreciate your business"

As of today, January 22nd, I have no shipping/tracking confirmation and do not expect to ever receive this item I paid for back in December 2013.

Of couse this is the last I have heard from this compay and since I was dumb enough to close the PayPal dispute (per the request above) I have no recourse other than to try to ensure other people do not get taken by this company in the future. This is not a reputable company - do not do business with them.

Hello there, my situation was exactly the same as yours. Aric didn't even ship my items at all and it's been 1 month since purchase. Similar to you, I was too nice and closed the dispute.

I've lost almost $200 just because of this scammer.

Aric will go to jail soon, I believe in karma.
